The Sprint is a 3-month intensive cohort, strategically designed for business leaders like you who wish to adopt the redemptive model for your existing business.

The program is designed with you, the business leader, at the centre.
→ September: An in-person kickoff event with the cohort, mentors, coaches, and spiritual directors.
→ Spiritual direction and redemptive visioning for your business.
→ October: Building out a transformation plan with mentors using the Redemptive Business Canvas™. Coaches then follow on to guide and support as implementation begins.
→ December: A capstone event that brings everyone together one last time in-person to end the program.

Guiding the Journey – With the big picture in view, our Redemptive Business Coaches will work with participants to navigate the journey ahead. Through deep conversations, accountability, and drawing from extensive experience, coaches will help participants apply redemptive change to both the individual and the business.

Informing with Wisdom – With rich experience in their field, our Mentors will share with participants learnings and best practices to further strengthen participants on their transformation journey.

Discerning Together – The journey to redemptive transformation is, at the core, a spiritual exercise. To ensure that participants are first and foremost led by God’s calling for them and their venture, our Spiritual Directors will be helping participants listen, sense, and respond to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
