Building a community with a Redemptive Mindset

Next Huddle — Courage & Innovation

Most early builders don’t lack ideas.
What they lack is the courage to act—and the clarity to keep going when the work becomes uncertain.

Innovation sounds exciting. But in reality, it often looks like slow progress, difficult decisions, and long seasons where nothing feels settled.

This Huddle creates space to step into that reality—not alone, but alongside others who are building through it.

We will be joined by Steve Lee, whose journey began at 19 with the founding of the Foundation for Environmental Stewardship and later grew into the 3% Project, which mobilized over one million students across Canada.

His story is not simply about scale. It’s about what it takes to carry conviction through resistance, and to keep building when the path is not clear.

Through conversation, reflection, and small group dialogue, we’ll engage questions like:

  • Where is courage required in your current work?

  • What responsibility are you avoiding or delaying?

  • What would it look like to move one step forward, even without certainty?

This is a space for builders who are:

  • navigating the gap between vision and execution

  • learning to lead before they feel ready

  • looking for others who are building with depth, not just speed

You don’t need to have clarity to come, but you will likely leave with a clearer next step, and a few people walking with you in it.
