Your business is growing.
Leadership feels heavier.

Decision-making takes more time, trade-offs cost more,
and what used to be intuitive is now getting laborious.

The challenge lies in aligning daily decisions
with their core mission convictions.

The Redemptive Business Studio is designed for founders and leadership teams to restore organisational coherence with clarity and carry the next phase of leadership into an integrated single whole.

Interactive, Visual,
Hands-On Business Design

The work format is highly interactive and visually engaging. Participants lay out their business model, identifying tensions, misalignments, and opportunities as they surface.

An integrated perspective enables leaders to:

  • See their business as a whole system

  • Connect and clarify fragmented conversations

  • Make trade-offs visible and discussable

Co-leaders are encouraged to attend together, creating shared understanding and alignment as decisions are framed as a team.

Guided Strategic Thinking

Studio facilitators guide the reflective working experience; participants do the actual work.

  • Augmented cohort experience

  • Focused individual and team work

  • Small-group dialogue

  • Cohort-based testing and feedback

Participants pressure-test their assumptions, clarify the language unique to their situation, and learn from others on navigating similar leadership challenges.

"The Studio changed how I look at
my company and how it fits into God’s plan,
I’m called to serve my employees,
not just my customers."

Martin Tremblay, Entrepreneur & Business Owner

"I am leaving this studio with more than
what I came for, not just a framework
for my business, but language to go
beyond ethical standards.
I’m excited to tell other entrepreneurs
about redemptive thinking!"
