Dennis Ensing

Dennis Ensing's calling in God’s Kingdom is to serve as a connector, mentor, and influencer of change. He is an experienced startup entrepreneur and C-suite executive, having scaled companies from incubation to more than $50 million in revenue. Until June 2024, he was Chief Venture Advisor and VP of Venture Growth at MaRS Discovery District in Toronto, Canada’s largest innovation hub.

In 2022, he co-founded AiM Partners Inc. with eight other faith-based investors. AiM operates Aslan Fellowship (joinaslan.com), grounded in the belief that Jesus (Aslan) is advancing His Kingdom for human flourishing through what we do. The partners dedicate their collective wisdom, experience, expertise, and capital to serve enterprise leaders. From new ventures to entrepreneurial ministry projects, they support those in leadership to discern their Kingdom purpose and direct their efforts toward mutual flourishing—reflecting their conviction that business itself is a Kingdom enterprise.

Dennis lives with his wife, Debbie, in London, Canada. They have three adult children—two of whom live in the US—and four grandchildren. They are active in ministry at North Park Community Church, where Dennis is the past chair of the board of elders, and together they lead the young professionals (ages 23–30) ministry.

Dennis is also an avid cyclist and would welcome opportunities to ride with others who share the same passion.
