The Sprint is an intensive cohort, strategically designed for business leaders who wish to adopt the redemptive model for their existing business. This unique offering brings together coaching, spiritual direction, and mentoring so that participants are holistically supported in their journey.

A revamped transformation plan, preparing you to implement transformation throughout your business
Support and insight from seasoned mentors, coaches, and spiritual directors
A like-minded community of faith-driven entrepreneurs

After Step 1, leaders will be ready for Step 2, implementing the transformation with tailored support and guidance of coaches and spiritual directors. Step 2 is a separate commitment and not an obligation for Step 1 participants.

Your Guides for the Journey

Guiding the Journey – With the big picture in view, our Redemptive Business Coaches will work with participants to navigate the journey ahead. Through deep conversations, accountability, and drawing from extensive experience, coaches will guide participants to navigate redemptive change in business growth.
Discerning Together – The journey to redemptive transformation is, at the core, a spiritual exercise. To ensure that participants are first and foremost led by God’s calling for them and their venture, our Spiritual Directors will help participants to listen, sense, and respond to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Informing with Wisdom – Armed with rich experience in their field, our Mentors will share with participants best practices in their transformation journey.
