Bill Bayles is the founder and the Chair M25 Regenerative Ventures

Bill is a social entrepreneur and strategist who chooses to live every day with courage. Bill works to see things differently, relentlessly moving towards the future and mentoring those around him while learning from those who have gone before. It's through an innovative and audacious spirit that he has committed his life’s work to the expansion of empathy and the service of others.

Bill’s lifelong lover, business partner, and wife, Karen together have founded over a dozen successful companies, some growing as large as $60,000,000 and 75 employees. They also have raised over $350,000,000 for charities across North America. Today Bill specializes in social enterprise, digital platforms, human design, UX (user experiences), and of course, all teams that come from his hometown of Boston (Red Sox, Pats, Celtics, and Bruins). He is a Queen’s University graduate and has called Canada home now for a few decades, but who's counting.
