Glem Dias

 

Glem Dias is an award-winning Leadership Strategist. He has led full life cycle leadership strategies at Walmart Canada, Pitney Bowes US and Morgan Stanley India, resulting in significant growth and change. Glem is the Director of the Global Talent Centre, Schulich Executive Education at York University in Canada. He has guided the careers of over 500 executives and high-potential leaders from 20 countries over 25 years.  

He was the Global Director of Strategic Talent Management at Pitney Bowes Inc. His diverse experience comes from sectors, such as investment banking, software, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, not-for-profits, and entrepreneurial companies. He has worked in the US, Canada, and India and has done assignments in Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Latin America. He has a track record of enabling transformation within Christian businesses and ministries by integrating kingdom culture and principles within best-in-class leadership systems and practices.  

Glem is the recipient of the Pitney Bowes CEO’s Impact Award, the HRPA Talent Management Award, the HRPA Innovation in Employer Branding Award, and the Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award.

He is a keynote speaker at leadership conferences and has facilitated over 250 workshops worldwide. His work has been published by Forbes.com and other publications. The Federal Government of Canada selected him for his thought leadership in Talent Management to serve on their External Advisory Committee. He also served on the board of King’s Christian Collegiate. 

Glem has worked with clients such as Home Depot, Starbucks, 3M, DHL, TD Bank, CIBC, Holt Renfrew, Abbvie and entrepreneurial companies, such as Flo Energy Solutions, Digital Cement and Algorithmics. Glem lives in Toronto, Canada, with his wife Vinitha and their children Jerica and Nathaniel.
