In today’s marketplace, the idea of an ethical business is not new or surprising.

But is an ethical (or ‘good’) business enough to help people flourish?

One of the marks of a redemptive business is stakeholder flourishing, doing business in a way where our customers, employees, vendors, even the founder, are blessed. It may not happen all at once and all the time, but the aim is to this end.

And what does that mean, to flourish? What does it look like in a business?
