After leading large-scale engineering and transformation projects in the automotive sector, he transitioned into entrepreneurship—founding several recruiting and business service companies. As the Visionary at Amplify Mission, John draws on decades of Board and operational experience with purpose-driven organizations to help build redemptive workplaces where people flourish. A Professional Engineer with an Executive MBA from Rotman and a commitment to transformational leadership, John is adept at spotting patterns, connecting dots, and asking the kind of questions that bring people together and help them find their way forward.

When he's not serving clients or mentoring leaders, you’ll likely find him kayaking, cycling, or enjoying quiet moments with family and friends by the lake.
