Jaegap Chung holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto and is the Founding Principal at Studio JCI, an award-winning Toronto-based architecture firm, renowned for designing and building over eight million square feet of residential projects annually. While recognized for his exclusive designs, Jaegap’s passion lies in community-centric, future-proofed residential innovation.

As a subject matter expert, Jaegap has significantly influenced the City of Toronto’s municipal policies, advocating for multiplexes and mid-rises to revive the city’s missing middle housing stock. A champion of righting Canada’s housing crisis, Jaegap has co-founded and now also leads CLIP Homes, a visionary design-build firm focused on creating scalable and sustainable housing solutions in an effort to enhance urban living for all.
