Guiding the Journey – With the big picture in view, our Redemptive Business Coaches will work with participants to navigate the journey ahead. Through deep conversations, accountability, and drawing from extensive experience, coaches will help participants apply redemptive change for both the individual and the business.
Glem Dias is an award-winning Leadership Strategist. He has led full life cycle leadership strategies at Walmart Canada, Pitney Bowes US and Morgan Stanley India, resulting in significant growth and change.
Hannah Lau is originally from Canada but has built a truly international career, including 15 years spent overseas. She is passionate about living out her faith through entrepreneurship and has been running her own redemptive consulting business, Astera Asia, since 2015.
With over 25 years of leadership experience and extensive educational training, Dr. Ken Burton brings a unique set of resources to the field of leadership development. During his years in leadership, he implemented leadership theories focusing on the important relationship between the leader and his/her followers.
Simi Lawoyin is a redemptive venture-building coach, business consultant, people + culture strategist, and wellbeing enthusiast with a multidisciplinary background.

Bryan Elliott is an entrepreneur, engineer, author, speaker, and philanthropist. He is the co-founder and CEO of Flō Energy Solutions, and holds multiple technology patents. Bryan is also the co-founder and chairman of Bee Me Kidz, co-founder and president of M46 Ministries, board member of Transform Our World Canada, board member of EPIC at Work, and serves in various advisory roles.
Larry Law is not only the owner of the Living Water Resort & Spa with 500 employees, but he is also a successful developer and builder in Ontario for nearly thirty years. Larry has built thousands of homes in the Greater Toronto Area and was the master developer for the renowned Cornell project in Markham between 1997 and 2003. He is passionate about building a caring community where each team member is valued and where they can have meaning in work.
Dr. Willy Kotiuga is the Senior Director of strategic studies at one of the world’s largest engineering firms. He is a registered Professional Engineer and has authored numerous technical papers. He frequently speaks at conferences and advises Electric Utilities and Governments on the sustainable development of power network infrastructure and long-term strategic planning.
Spiritual Directors
Discerning Together – The journey to redemptive transformation is, at the core, a spiritual exercise. To ensure that participants are first and foremost led by God’s calling for them and their venture, our Spiritual Directors will be helping participants listen, sense, and respond to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Don Craw is a certified spiritual director/supervisor, ordained pastor and coach.
Following 25 years in banking, capital asset financing and consulting, Don’s ministry experience, since 1998, includes small group and leadership development, church planting and reconciliation coaching.
Dr. Tun-Ping Yu has a unique journey from a molecular geneticist with two decades of experience in the animal biotech industry, where she viewed science as an instrument to discover God's amazing creation, to her present vocation as a spiritual director.
She currently serves alongside her husband, who is a pastor, in a church in the Montreal area.
Wilma Clarke is a Certified Spiritual Director (CSD) and a Supervisor (CSDS). Responding to God’s call in mid-life, Wilma completed her MTS Degree at Tyndale Seminary. Wilma’s earlier career included positions with the Provincial and Federal Governments and over 20 years in the private sector.

Amy Cheung, Operations Manager at the Centre for Redemptive Entrepreneurship (CRE), Amy oversees the Centre’s day-to-day operations and focuses on developing effective processes to ensure smooth and efficient management.
Joyce Chang - CRE Community Mobilizer.
Her role is running our backend operations, using digital tools to connect and communicate with redemptive entrepreneurs and supporting, building, and coordinating our programs and events.
Philip Yan is the founding director of the Centre for Redemptive Entrepreneurship (CRE) at Tyndale University. The vision for the CRE is to equip Christian entrepreneurs as culture-shaping catalysts in advancing their redemptive ventures.
