Ben Burmaster is the Founder & CEO of Snuggle Bugz. A born entrepreneur, he founded five successful companies before pursuing his passion project with his wife, Tanya. Ben and Tanya started Snuggle Bugz in 2006, based on their shared vision of instilling confidence in Canadian parents navigating the early stages of parenthood.

With an extensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development background from previous software businesses he’d founded, Ben established Snuggle Bugz early on as a true omnichannel retailer, competing equally on- and off-line against big box stores, major online marketplaces, and boutique retailers alike.

John Bakker is a seasoned entrepreneur and ecosystem enabler who brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to organizational strategy and leadership. After leading large-scale engineering and transformation projects in the automotive sector, he transitioned into entrepreneurship—founding several recruiting and business service companies.

Dr. Nita Kotiuga serves as the Director of Spiritual Formation at Bakke Graduate University (BGU), where she integrates academic depth with spiritual discernment to guide leaders toward holistic transformation. Her journey with BGU began in 2012 when she enrolled in the Doctor of Transformational Leadership (DTL) program—a journey that would deepen her theology, sharpen her vision, and shape her calling. She earned her DTL in 2017.

Prior to these ventures, he co-founded Flipp, where the company grew from 3 to 450 employees with over $100 million USD in revenue.

Jaegap Chung is the founder of Studio JCI and co-founder of Riverview Park Residences and ClipHomes. He is a South Korean entrepreneur, architect, husband, and father of two. He loves tennis and is young at heart. He strives to stay relevant and see what God is doing around him.

Dr. Tun-Ping Yu has a unique journey from a molecular geneticist with two decades of experience in the animal biotech industry, where she viewed science as an instrument to discover God's amazing creation, to her present vocation as a spiritual director.

She currently serves alongside her husband, who is a pastor, in a church in the Montreal area.
